Things To Know for Your rental

Check-In: after 3:00 pm Check-Out: 9 am

Boat, Sport Rental: Pontoon, bass boat, fishing boat,  kayaks.
Fish Cleaning: Onsite fish cleaning staton located at the end of the dock. NO fish cleaning or fish frying in cabins, porches or on decks. 

Fishermen / women courtesy deep fryer, or freeze to take home.
Golf Carts: Rental.  
Registered guest is financially responsible for damage done by any member of their party.
Marina Boat Dock: Boat slip rental.  

No pets, please.
No smoking in cabins, on boat dock, or on boats parked at the dock.  No fireworks or fire crackers on premises.
Swimming Pool: Seasonal pool. Minimum two guests required to swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Valid driver's license: Required for check in and equipment rental.
Cancellation policy: Nonrefundable. All sales final.
